Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Groundwork you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Groundwork is operated by [ENTITY NAME], [ADDRESS], governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION].

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done under your account. Accounts are for one person — do not share logins.

3. Access and payment

Groundwork costs $149 USD as a one-time payment and grants 12 months of access with 3 tracks. Access begins when payment succeeds and ends 12 months later. This is not a subscription and does not auto-renew. Prices may change for future purchases; your existing access is unaffected. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms.

4. Refunds

5. Promotional codes

Beta and promotional codes are limited in number, expire, and may be withdrawn at any time. They are non-transferable and hold no cash value.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not resell, redistribute, or republish Groundwork content.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, or anyone else's personal data.
• Do not attempt to break, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not use the service for anything unlawful.

7. Your content

You own what you write. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to operate the service for you. You can request deletion at any time.

8. AI output

Coaching responses and prep documents are generated with AI. They may be inaccurate or incomplete, they are not career, legal, or employment advice, and Groundwork does not guarantee any interview result, admission, or job offer. Always review output before using it.

9. Availability

The service is provided "as is". We may change, suspend, or retire features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may stop using Groundwork at any time and request account deletion.

11. Changes

We will update the date at the top of this page when these terms change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
